Our annual 4th/5th Grade Field Day is this Thursday, May 10. We will be in the high school football stadium behind Baldwin Street Middle School all day. 4th and 5th graders from every elementary school will be in attendance for the day of fun and activities. There are a few things to keep in mind:
1. 4th grade girls wear Pink! 4th grade boys need to wear orange!
2. If your child did not order a sack lunch from food service, then please pack them a lunch in something that can be easily thrown away. With close to 1,000 people being at the track that day, lunch boxes can be easily misplaced.
3. If you would like to bring lunch to your child, lunch is happening from 11:45 – 12:15. We will most likely be eating lunch on the football field somewhere in a group. I would recommend getting there a touch early to try and find us (or me). You are more than welcome to stay and eat with your child.
4. Finally, I am looking for a couple of parents who are willing to come during lunch to help chaperone this time. If you are going to be in attendance already, or would like to come spend the lunch hour with us, please email me ASAP. My email address is cbowen@hpseagles.net
